Agenda | Portal Systems Dialogue 2019
09:00 – 10:00 Reception & Registration
10:00 – 10:15 Welcome
Frank von Orlikowski | CEO | Portal Systems AG
10:15 – 11:00 Keynote – Work. Life. Flow.
Kay Mantzel | Experience Lead | Microsoft Deutschland GmbH
Our world of work is in a state of flux: Modern, cloud-based technologies enable new and more flexible ways of working. Data, documents and information are available anytime, anywhere. The boundaries between work and leisure are increasingly blurring.
At the same time, a new generation of knowledge workers is demanding more flexibility and freedom when it comes to organising their professional and personal lives. The classic office as we know it has no place in this world.
Microsoft is actively promoting this cultural evolution and is breaking new ground with the concept of “work-life-flow”: each employee can organise their everyday life in a self-determined way with fluid transitions. The rigid division between work and private life is breaking down.
What all this has to do with crazy dreams, Satya Nadella and the location of this year’s Dialogue, Kay Mantzel will reveal in his keynote.

Microsoft Content Services undoubtedly hold enormous potential for businesses. But do they really have what it takes to be the “new ECM”? We will get to the bottom of this question: What does Content Services mean strategically from Microsoft’s point of view? Where do we start (also together with our partners)? And what specific solutions can we offer today?
13:45 – 14:00 Coffee & Dialogue
14:00 – 14:45 Session III – Best Practice
3.1 Shareflex® as a central component of the digital strategy – David Weiblein | Commercial Director | BTB GmbH Berlin
What does a medium-sized energy supplier need to successfully transform into a digital company? A good dose of pragmatism, a dedicated all-round service provider and a digital desk that makes life (or at least work) easier for employees. In this best-practice example, David Weiblein, Commercial Director of BTB GmbH Berlin, reports on what else needs to be considered on the way to digitalisation and where Shareflex and our partner IBTG GmbH come into play.
