Who we are and what we do
Established in 2001, Portal Systems AG is a solid and growing IT solutions provider with around 50 employees in Hamburg, Potsdam and Munich.
With our product suite “Shareflex ECM Online” we offer our customers solutions for ECM/DMS and complex business applications based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. We are a technology leader in this area.
We currently supply and implement out-of-the-box cloud-based Shareflex solutions for document management, contract management, document control and invoice processing.

ECM Consultants for Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)
The strong position of Microsoft and Microsoft Content Services opens up new opportunities for us to use Shareflex and Microsoft 365 to challenge traditional ECM vendors and brands with modern and forward-looking technology. As an ECM manufacturer, we do not want to miss this opportunity. Therefore, we are strengthening our professional services team with further experts and their know-how.
