ECM Consultants for Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

Immediate, indefinite and full-time (40 hours/week) at our location in Hamburg or Germany-wide in a home office.

Founded in 2001, Portal Systems AG has over 50 employees in Hamburg, Potsdam and Munich and is a well-established and continuously growing IT systems house. Our product ‘Shareflex’, based on Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365, serves our customers as a high-end tool for creating complex business applications. We are a technology leader in this area. We also deliver and implement ready-made Shareflex solutions (e.g. for contract management or QM/document control).

Due to the strong position of Microsoft and Microsoft Content Services, there are new opportunities for us to challenge the classic ECM providers and brands with Shareflex and Microsoft 365 by means of modern and future-oriented technology. As an ECM manufacturer, we do not want to miss this opportunity. Therefore, we are strengthening our professional services team with further experts and their know-how.

You are the right person to join us as an ECM Consultant if you

are enthusiastic about SharePoint and Microsoft 365,
are tired of traditional ECM systems and want to get to know and love the new possibilities of Microsoft 365,
are tired of the same old intranet and infrastructure projects and want to broaden your horizons,
you want to be measured by your performance and to be visible as an expert in your field,
can engage, convince and inspire customers with your technical skills,
think in terms of specific solutions, like to design them (alone or in a team) and then implement them together with your customers.

What you have to offer:

Confidence in working with client-side web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML/JSON).
Ideally, experience of working with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Graph).
Initial experience in the ERP environment and digitalisation processes.
Solid professional experience in IT in a company or as a consultant.
Experience in implementing DMS/ECM systems.
A talent for presentation, customer contact, consulting and development.
Motivation and ambition to work with new technologies in your projects.
Openness, enthusiasm, independence and a sense of responsibility.
Some willingness to travel and good knowledge of German and English.
