28 and 29 January 2026: IAMCP re:sharp

The conference provides a forum for exchange, networking and insights into current developments relating to Microsoft technologies, partner strategies and market topics. Portal Systems is on site and is using the event to engage in conversation with partners and decision-makers from the Microsoft ecosystem, discuss partnership models and joint approaches for future customer projects.

10 February 2026: Microsoft “Azure AI Frontier Day” – Cologne, Germany

Portal Systems is participating in the event at Microsoft’s invitation and will use the day for professional exchange on Azure AI and current AI developments. The focus is on practical application scenarios, specific examples from companies, and the question of how AI can be integrated into existing processes in a realistic, secure, and meaningful way. The event provides an opportunity to classify technological trends and gain inspiration for your own use of AI.

23 April 2026: Powerbusters Show – Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, Munich, Germany

The event uses practical scenarios to show how business processes can be digitally mapped and optimised using Microsoft technologies. Portal Systems is using the event to provide insights into real-world project approaches and to exchange ideas with customers and partners about modern process control.

12 to 14 October 2026: M365 Summit 2026 – Mainz, Germany

Portal Systems will be present with a Shareflex stand together with its partners Apirance, Business Systemhaus and friendWorks. The focus is on solutions related to Microsoft 365, document management and digital business processes, with space for personal discussions and practical insights.
