The COSMO CONSULT Group, one of the world’s leading partners for Microsoft Dynamics 365, is intensifying its cooperation with the ECM manufacturer Portal Systems AG, which specialises in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
As a premium partner of Portal Systems, COSMO CONSULT aims to complement its own product portfolio in the field of Life Sciences with specific quality management solutions. Thereby, COSMO CONSULT relies on the Microsoft 365 integrated product suite Shareflex ECM Online of Portal Systems AG.
Companies in the Life Sciences sector have a legal obligation to demonstrate the quality of their products. To do this, enormous amounts of data have to be processed, documented and made available. On top of this, there are additional requirements for risk management or additional audits. Without a professional quality management system that seamlessly tracks and records all business processes, this task is almost impossible.
Portal Systems AG specialises in providing industry-neutral ECM, file and process solutions based on Microsoft Office 365. This includes contract, quality or invoice management. COSMO CONSULT has been cooperating with Portal Systems in these areas for years and is now developing solution extensions for the Life Sciences sector, e.g. modules for the special topics “Training” or “Audit”.

In the future, both partners will jointly distribute all extensions developed by COSMO CONSULT for the Life Sciences sector.
