Portal Systems (Hamburg) and Business Systemhaus AG (Bayreuth) announced the start of a joint partnership in the “Modern Workplace” business area in April.
Business Systemhaus AG supports companies in various aspects of digitalisation and business process optimisation. It strategically relies on the modern cloud ERP software Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV). The scope of services includes consulting as well as the development of customer-specific requirements and applications in the area of ERP. Also, areas such as Modern Workplace / Digital Office (Microsoft 365 or Office 365), Human Resource Management (Sage HR Suite), Business Intelligence (Jet Reports, Power BI), and IT Infrastructure topics.
Portal System AG is the manufacturer of a range of standard solutions in the area of SharePoint and Microsoft 365. The product portfolio includes solutions for document, contract and quality management, among others. All of these applications are based on Shareflex, a platform developed by Portal Systems. Shareflex enables easy configuration and operation of the solution in the customer’s Microsoft 365 environment. More than 300 companies worldwide already opt for Shareflex and the solutions by Portal Systems.
Business Systemhaus AG has decided to become an integration and sales partner for these solutions and to transfer its own solutions to the Shareflex platform. Due to the existing consulting know-how of the Business Systemhaus AG, there will be synergy effects for both sides. For example, the know-how of Business Systemhaus AG in areas such as quality management will be incorporated into the further development of the Shareflex templates. It is also planned that Business Systemhaus AG will develop its very successful template from the 365Performance series for the topic of “Complaint Management” as a Shareflex solution and offer it together with Portal Systems AG. For the customers of both companies, this partnership in the field of “Modern Workplace” will result in many advantages in the medium term.
