Konica Minolta has opted for Shareflex from Portal Systems in the area of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) with Microsoft 365. With this strategic extension of the existing product portfolio, Konica Minolta further strengthens its market position in the area of “ECM Cloud Solutions”.
Enterprise Content Management helps companies to manage both analogue documents and digital information electronically. For this purpose, more and more companies are putting their trust in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. With Shareflex, business applications can be used “out of the box” or customised and individually adapted to customer processes. So, by extending the product portfolio with Shareflex Solutions, the existing company infrastructure is expanded. This allows us to offer our customers another way to generate value from data. Thanks to the expertise gained from countless SharePoint and ECM projects, as well as the development of ERP interfaces for Microsoft Business Central (formerly Microsoft Dynamics NAV), this further partnership is a logical and consistent step for Konica Minolta on the strategic path to becoming a “fully comprehensive system house”.
